Snack Attack

Come join us for a pot-luck supper and fighting drills! Every Wednesday we gather for a simple meal, and we work on making ourselves better fighters. These nights are focused on doing work out-of-armor (so no armor required), and we do a good amount of pell-work. Our intention with these nights is to reinforce the lessons we learn at our regular Sunday sparring practices, and to help our bodies to be more ready. We run an open and inclusive space, and we do our absolute best to make fighting accessible to everyone who wants to participate.
